Pine State Mortgage is very excited to announce the recent hiring of 16 experienced Loan Officers. We welcome them to the Pine State family and look forward to giving them “A Home For Life.”

Pine State is grateful they have joined us to continue their mortgage banking career as we approach our company’s 50th year anniversary.

We now have 200 employees and 93 loan officers in our 12 Atlanta offices. In 2006, the Atlanta Business Chronicle ranked Pine State 7th in loan closings for all banks and mortgage companies in Atlanta.

As a self employed owner of a small computer consulting company I have become used to the headaches and hassles associated with obtaining the necessary credit to purchase real estate. Pine State Mortgage picked up a nightmare process that I was going through with another lender and turned it into a dream experience that I still cannot believe has happened. Joy Brown of Pine State picked up the widely scattered pieces of a complex real-estate transaction from another major lender and not only turned the process around, she did it in a 24-hour period. I met Joy on the phone 36 hours ago and I now have the keys to my new home in my pocket, and I did it for $1,500.00 less down than my previous deal and with a conventional loan that is based on a 1/2 percent difference than the previous transaction...in my favor!
